By commissions me, you are agreeing that you read these terms and accept them. If you read this, it makes both our lives a lot easier.
My Rights:
⚘ I have the right to refuse or deny any commission without explanation.
⚘ I have the right to change, edit, and update these terms.
⚘ I have the right to refund any commission when I want to without explanation.
⚘ I have the right to price my work however I'd like.
⚘ I have the right to update my prices and commission types.
⚘ I have the right to blacklist anyone (this is most likely due to TOS violation, but will not be done without warning.)
⚘ I have the right to post/use artwork I make as an example of my work (or to promote my art) on any website.
Usage Policy:
⚘ Only me and the commissioner (or current owner of character/design) may use the artwork produced for them.You may:
⚘ Repost the artwork on any website as long as you properly credit me with one of my official links. (I do not mind being tagged at all)
⚘ Use the artwork or design noncommercially (Icons, character coding, etc. Please do your research if you are not sure or ask me.)You may not:
⚘ Sell my artwork in any way or use it commercially (stickers, shirts, etc.)
⚘ Claim my work as your own.
⚘ Use my artwork as a NFT or base.
General:
⚘ You can communicate with me through email, Instagram DMs, or Discord DMs. Once we start using a location of communication, please do not switch around locations. It makes it difficult for me to keep track of things. And if you would have a preferred form of communication but do not have access to it (ex: my instagram or discord) you can ask and we will move there!
⚘ The time it takes me to complete a commission depends on my workload and motivation. I will maintain consistent communication and let you know if I will be unusually late- but otherwise I usually will take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. If unforeseen situations come up this could take longer, but I will let you know.
⚘ If you create a hostile environment by being too aggressive, disrespectful, or difficult to work with I will refund your commission. This is not up for debate and you cannot refuse the refund or it will result in an automatic blacklist.
⚘ Please do not remove any watermark I put on my art.
⚘ You may ask for updates whenever you like (so long as you do not spam me), otherwise I will update you as I make progress.⚘ I will always give a sketch of the commission and this is where you can tell me if there are any details that need editing as once I finish lining I will only do minor changes (ie: I won’t change the whole pose.)
⚘ I am happy and willing to make changes, this commission is for you, I’d like you to be satisfied with the results!
Payment:
⚘ As of right now, I only accept PayPal and maybe character trades. (One offs, soleiwings, peakwings, fungalwings, and a few others)
⚘ Payment is upfront and I will not start until I have received it.
⚘ All my prices are in USD.
⚘ I can give refunds at any point up until I have finished 50% of the work (ex: started color on a shaded portrait, the sketch and lineart done)
